Sporting Lagos are now 13th on the NPFL table after spending the last five weeks in the relegation zone.

The North Central derby saw Plateau United claiming a 2-1 victory over Lobi Stars.
At the Cathedral, Enugu Rangers edged out Akwa United 1-0 thanks to Kazeen Ogunleye’s strike in the 47th minute.
A 1-1 draw unfolded in Akure, where former Sunshine Stars coach Kabiru Dogo helped Kwara United snatch a point against his former team.
Remo Stars also secured a point on the road as they held Abia Warriors to a goalless draw.
At the Samson Siasia Stadium in Yenagoa, Bayelsa United defeated Gombe United 2-0 while Niger Tornadoes suffered a 1-0 loss away to Katsina United.
On Saturday, Chijioke Mbaoma scored the winning goal as Enyimba International defeated Shooting Stars 1-0 in Aba.
Heartland also played a 1-1 draw with Kano Pillars in Aba.
