Otubo Patience scored the only goal in the dying minutes of the game to secure one of the three tickets in Group B.
In other Group B matches, Edo Queens beat Remo Stars Ladies 1-0 at the Samuel Ogbemudia Stadium while Sunshine Queens also defeated Ekiti Queens 1-0 as FC Robo and Delta Queens played out a goalless draw.
Edo Queens just need a draw in their last group game to secure qualification.
In Group A, the three Super Six finalists have emerged as Confluence Queens officially qualified after an impressive two-nil away win against Abia Angels in Aba.
Heartland Queens also booked their place after beating Naija Ratels 2-1 in Owerri and Nasarawa Amazons beat Adamawa Queens 2-1 in Lafia to top the Group.
Royal Queens thrashed Dannaz Ladies 3-0 in the other game.
