President of the Federation of Cameroon Football, FECAFOOT, Samuel Eto’o has decided to drag the Confederation of African Football, CAF to court.
The four-time African Footballer of the Year faced a panel on Wednesday after he was charged with various offences.
CAF is yet to release a statement about the outcome of the matter but Eto’o has decided to seek redress in court revealing that he has mandated his lawyers to file a complaint against the continental football governing body and for responsibilities to be established.
The former Barcelona and Inter Milan star said it was too easy for CAF to tarnish everything he had built over the years in the world of football and accused it of launching a press release much too early.
Eto’o described CAF’s behaviour as unacceptable.
